Format: Full day training. This includes a talk with interactive workshop and materials for your entire team. Who is it designed for: Open to everyone in the organization irrespective of level. My Fee: € 2000
Coaching Intensive: Available to those who've participated in the workshop.
Format: 6 months of on-going one-on-one coaching support. Together we create a structure to re-enforce and support your team so this new knowledge becomes second nature. Creating new habits can take time. Consistent support over a duration of time so that the new habits are not only a concept but an approach that is part of the culture. Who is this designed for: leaders that could benefit personally and also share this knowledge with their respective teams. My Fee: $ 1500/ € 1200 per individual for 6 months of ongoing one-on-one coaching support. This includes 10 (60 minute sessions). (Space is currently limited to 4 individuals)
